Josh Eisses
President
Josh serves as the President of the Kings-Hants Conservative Association and lives in the Centreville area of Kings County, where he grew up on the family apple farm. He attended high school in the riding at Central Kings Rural High School in Cambridge, he also attended Dalhousie University where he graduated with a B.A. in political science and served on the Dalhousie Conservative campus club.
Josh first volunteered on an election campaign in 2017 for the now Finance Minister of Nova Scotia, John Lohr. Josh later worked at Conservative party headquarters in Ottawa in the lead up to the 2019 Federal Election, where he was also on the central campaign for both 2019 and 2021 election.
In both the 2020 and 2022 Conservative Leadership elections, Josh worked for Dr. Leslyn Lewis. Josh also worked in the office of the Leader of the Official Opposition when Erin O’Toole was leader and Pierre Poilievre before returning to Nova Scotia.
Josh has extensive campaign experience in Canadian Conservative Politics through his time in Ottawa at party HQ and in the OLO and is a vital asset to our EDA.

Steven Ford
Vice President
Steven Ford serves as Vice President of the Kings-Hants Conservative Association and has been an active member of the board since 2022. He served as Campaign Manager for the Conservative candidate in Kings-Hants starting in 2024 and oversaw local campaign operations through to Election Day in April 2025.
Steven previously worked in Parliament as a Legislative Assistant to MP Kelly DeRidder and in the Communications and Issues Management department in the Office of the Leader of the Official Opposition. Currently, he works with Rogue Management, specializing in political communications, public intelligence, and AI driven analytics for public sector clients. Steven is also beginning his MBA with a speciality AI Leadership at the University of Fredericton this summer.
In his spare time, he contributes as a member of the Jarislowsky Network’s Regional Advisory Council at Acadia University. Outside of his professional work, Steven is dedicated to learning French, connecting with nature, and exploring how emerging technologies are shaping the global business landscape.
